## Who we are

FlowForge Labs is a one-founder AI agency that designs and ships custom software for Indian small and medium businesses. We're not a generic SaaS vendor. We sit with the business, learn the workflow, and build a system that fits exactly.

## Why this exists

India has 63 million MSMEs employing 111 million people, contributing 30% of GDP. Fewer than 5% use any form of AI or intelligent automation. The reasons:

- Foreign SaaS doesn't fit Indian workflow (WhatsApp-first, GST, Hindi, UPI)
- Generic Indian SaaS forces every clinic/shop/firm into the same box
- Custom software costs ₹10L+ from agencies and takes 6+ months
- Most owners don't know AI is now affordable enough to make sense for their scale

We exist to close that gap. One vertical at a time.
