How to Reduce Appointment No-Shows by 60%

The reschedule option is critical. Many people who would no-show will reschedule if it's easy enough.

Layer 3: 1-Hour Nudge

A short message an hour before: "See you at 3 PM! We're looking forward to it."

This catches the people who forgot despite the 24-hour reminder. It also creates a small social obligation — someone is expecting them.
