End-User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with these terms and your active subscription, FlowForge Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our SaaS products solely for your internal business operations.

This license does not constitute a sale of the software. FlowForge Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software and services.

You shall not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software
• Sublicense, lease, rent, loan, sell, or distribute the software to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the software
• Use the software to develop a competing product or service
• Use the software in violation of any applicable Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000
• Provide access to the software to anyone outside your organisation without our written consent

The software, including all code, design, architecture, documentation, and related materials, is and remains the exclusive property of FlowForge Labs. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you under this agreement.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our products may be used by FlowForge Labs without obligation or compensation to you.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into our products. FlowForge Labs processes your data solely to provide the services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not access, use, or share your data for any purpose other than providing and improving the services, unless required by law.

• Access: The software is provided as a cloud-hosted service accessible via web browser. No installation is required on your devices.
• Multi-Tenancy: Our products operate in a multi-tenant architecture. Your data is logically isolated from other customers' data.
• Availability: We aim to maintain reasonable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• User Limits: Your subscription plan defines the maximum number of users who may access the software. Exceeding this limit requires an upgrade.

FlowForge Labs may update, modify, or enhance the software from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, feature additions, security patches, or architectural changes.

We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that significantly alter the functionality of the software. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated software.

Support is provided according to your subscription tier:

• Starter: Email support during business hours (Mon-Fri, 10 AM - 6 PM IST)
• Professional: Priority email and WhatsApp support during business hours
• Enterprise: Dedicated support with priority response times

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email or in-app notification.

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

FlowForge Labs does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, FlowForge Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This license is effective until terminated. It may be terminated:

• By you, at any time, by cancelling your subscription
• By FlowForge Labs, if you breach any term of this agreement, with reasonable notice where practicable
• Automatically, upon expiration or non-renewal of your subscription

Upon termination of this license:

• Your access to the software will cease immediately
• You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination
• After 30 days, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems
• Any prepaid credits or subscription fees are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
