End-User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with these terms and your active subscription, FlowForge Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our SaaS products solely for your internal business operations.

This license does not constitute a sale of the software. FlowForge Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software and services.

You shall not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software
• Sublicense, lease, rent, loan, sell, or distribute the software to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the software
• Use the software to develop a competing product or service
• Use the software in violation of any applicable Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000
• Provide access to the software to anyone outside your organisation without our written consent

The software, including all code, design, architecture, documentation, and related materials, is and remains the exclusive property of FlowForge Labs. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you under this agreement.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our products may be used by FlowForge Labs without obligation or compensation to you.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into our products. FlowForge Labs processes your data solely to provide the services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not access, use, or share your data for any purpose other than providing and improving the services, unless required by law.

• Access: The software is provided as a cloud-hosted service accessible via web browser. No installation is required on your devices.
• Multi-Tenancy: Our products operate in a multi-tenant architecture. Your data is logically isolated from other customers' data.
• Availability: We aim to maintain reasonable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• User Limits: Your subscription plan defines the maximum number of users who may access the software. Exceeding this limit requires an upgrade.

FlowForge Labs may update, modify, or enhance the software from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, feature additions, security patches, or architectural changes.

We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that significantly alter the functionality of the software. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated software.

Support is provided via email (hello@flowforgelabs.in) and WhatsApp (+91 87960 89886) on a same-business-day best-effort basis. At current scale FlowForge Labs does not commit to formal per-tier response SLAs; any custom SLA required by an Enterprise customer is negotiated and documented in the service agreement.

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email or in-app notification where possible.

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

FlowForge Labs does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, FlowForge Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This license is effective until terminated. It may be terminated:

• By you, at any time, by cancelling your subscription
• By FlowForge Labs, if you breach any term of this agreement, with reasonable notice where practicable
• Automatically, upon expiration or non-renewal of your subscription

Upon termination of this license:

• Your access to the software will cease immediately
• On reasonable written request, you may obtain an export of your data in a standard, machine-readable format. Timelines are agreed during termination.
• After the agreed wind-down period, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems; backups are overwritten through normal rotation.
• Any prepaid credits or subscription fees are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Relationship of parties. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, equity interest, or co-founder relationship between FlowForge Labs and the customer. The customer is a paying user of a software service; no other relationship is implied or created by its use of the software or by any commercial interaction.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
