Terms of Service

By accessing or using the FlowForge Labs website (flowforgelabs.in) and our SaaS products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

FlowForge Labs designs and builds custom AI-powered systems for businesses of every size and industry. Our services include but are not limited to conversational AI bots, workflow automation, intelligent dashboards, document generation, and end-to-end business process automation — tailored to your exact requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without written permission

Our services follow a two-part pricing model: a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription.

One-Time Setup Fees (non-refundable):

• Launch Plan: ₹10,000 — covers initial system configuration, integration setup, and onboarding for a single AI workflow or bot.
• Scale Plan: ₹25,000 — covers multi-workflow setup, multi-channel bot configuration, analytics dashboard, and team onboarding for up to 5 members.
• AI Enterprise Plan: ₹50,000 — covers full system architecture, custom AI model training, multi-location setup, API integrations, and dedicated onboarding with a success manager.

Monthly Subscription:

• Following the one-time setup, all plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis at the rates listed on our pricing page.
• Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into our products. We do not claim any ownership rights over your business data, patient records, or client information. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and within our products are owned by FlowForge Labs. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowForge Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
